Responsibilities: 

? Drive & coordinate customer project and internal activities

? Define, adopt and improve processes and WOW

? Lead technical direction and support to project team

? Dimension and manage project resource, interact with other unit / organization

? Handle escalation and resolve disputes

? E2E response for customer satisfaction and project delivery

Qualifications & Requirements:

? Bachelor / Master of computer science or Telecommunication degree, PMP certificated

? Min 2 years project management experience and another 3+ years on service or R&D experience on IT or Telecommunication industry, excellent project and program management skills

? Familiar with Telecom Operator, include process of network deployment and maintenance requirement

? Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and good at English/Chinese writing

? Business understand and customer insight

? Coaching, mentoring skills, negotiation skills

- 定义，适配和优化工作流程，建立项目交付工作模式

- 技术上引领和推动问题解决

- 处理客户投诉和解决冲突

- 负责端到端客户满意和项目交付全流程

资质和要求：

- 计算机，通讯专业本科或研究生学历，PMP认证

- 3年以上通信研发或服务经验，2年以上项目管理经验，卓越的项目管理能力

- 了解国内或海外运营商市场，了解运营商移动网络部署流程和运维需求

- 良好的语言和沟通能力，能用英语驾驭远程会议

- 良好的商务理解力和客户洞察力

- 具有良好的引导，指导团队成员的能力，优秀的谈判能力
