Job Profile
1. Take lead in H&B accounts team’s key accounts service management including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, renewal and brokerage administration and responsible for team top-line result.

2. Act as senior resource to support accounts penetration, cross-selling referrals and take responsibilities of developing new H&B clients.

3. Manage team’s brokerage operation quality and compliance requirements. Manage some key insurance vendors’ broking relationships.

4. Team mentoring and coaching responsibility to junior staff.

Qualification
At least 7 years of insurance related work experiences with good track records, especially in managing all aspects of group employees’ benefits, perform brokerage advisory with consulting skills relating to brokerage business, flex administration and all business related knowledge.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor degree is the minimum requirement, overseas education experience will be a plus
