Position Summary

The assistant quality engineer is responsible to follow up new project development and quality issues starting from the product development cycle from design to production to confirm the product quality can meet the product design requirement while can be achieved manufacturability.

Reports to Manager, product quality

Position Responsibilites:

a) Review products at every stage of lifecycle (design to production). Sign the control samples according to company quality requirement.

b) Develop inspection protocol and testing protocol to new products

c) Work with testing labs and suppliers to fix testing issues

d) Work with 3^rd inspection company and suppliers on the issues found during inspection

e) Give engineering and quality support to the sourcing team

f) Conduct analysis on complaint from the market and work with cross function parties for corrective action plan

Positions Requirements:

1) College degree in Mechanical / Electrical or other engineering field.

2) Good report writing skills in English

3) 3 years experience in product development, product quality or project management field. Experience in the office products or paper product is preferred.

4) Familiar with quality assurance knowledge like inspection sampling plan and ISO9000.

5) Good computer skill in MS office.
