6.培训：新员工入职培训，举办各部门项目培训分享会以及会议纪要;

7.异动：处理，协调员工的辞退工作和岗位晋升;

8.半年度人事工作总结整理撰写；

9转正述职：试用期员工转正述职会议安排，点评，沟通；

10.完善公司的组织架构，人事管理制度及企业文化建设，并严格执行
