Job Description:

1.  Moderate / Operate 0-12 years old children’s toy experience test, observe children’s behavior and facilitate young children’s play. Give children encouragement and assistance while they are playing with the new toys.

2.  Conduct test and research analysis on the reaction of parents and children for toys and products evaluated during observation and testing sessions from a professional early childhood development’s perspective.

3.  Evaluate products and concepts to identify areas of concern and thereby discover opportunities for improving products during development phases.

4.  Partner with Child Research counterparts in US to exchange the information acquired from the sessions

5.  Handle related ad hoc projects.

              

Job Requirement:

1.  Bachelor Degree (or above) in Early Childhood Education (Development), English preferred, or any related field, preferably with teacher certification

2. Experience of teaching/working with infant/young children preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome.

3.  Ability to build good rapport with children, patient with good observation skills.

4.  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels

5.  Proficient English written skills, good research and analytical skills

6.   Strong PC skills including MS Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point.
