Summary:

The Post Production Manager is the primary liaison between the local Digital Imaging Department and assigned Clients. This candidate upholds quality standards to ensure deliverables meet all of our clients Specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in the opportunity to work at a fast-paced environment. This person will be a Color Specialist and understand that it is imperative they not only be highly visual and creative, but they must also have good communication skills, be highly organized and efficient, have excellent follow-through and be able to constantly multi-task.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Leader in assigned jobs and projects

·        Develop and maintain contact and project integrity for the assigned clients.

·        QC images and maintain quality standards.

·        Retouch Files.

·        Collect technical specification and deadline for assigned jobs and projects.

·        Communicate clearly and effectively to provide smooth job cycles and unparalleled customer service to our clients.

Communicate with Digital Manager and work closely with other Supervisors for the ongoing health and betterment of the department.

·        Participate in peer teams to improve efficiency, quality, service and profitability.

·        Proactively assist in problem-solving within team and across department.

·        Organize job assets and reference material.

·        Train and provide support for retouchers on assigned accounts

Continuous internal enrichment

·        Keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates.

·        Continually develop relevant skills.

 

Qualifications:

·        Minimum of three years in color correction, retouching and all areas of digital imaging production.

·        Minimum of three years in managing high volume accounts.

• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Expert working knowledge of Photoshop, Layers/Sets, masks, paths, color correction tools, actions, batch processing.
• Knowledge of color theory.
• Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Bridge.
• Strong knowledge of Macintosh based equipment within a network environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to interact on a professional level.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro, FTP.
