职位描述
Responsibility:
1Identify customer oriented features and develop feature concepts using requirement engineering methods (regular customer visits/interviews, customer workshops, competition analysis) to address our customers' needs and business. Take responsibility of the roadmap in close alignment with the MR headquarters in Erlangen.
2Develop thorough customer understanding in order to specify the right features at the right price (cost/benefit calculations, feature business plans, BK costs/price book) for the right markets (market analysis) using feature prioritization techniques to assure maximal customer benefit for our products within the economical boundaries (e.g. target costs). Writing the requirement specification (RS) documents for specific MR products.
3Drive and monitor the required features through the whole product development process and support engineering with clinical/customer feedback. Review functional specifications and participate in project steering group meetings.
4Support outbound marketing and sales in product introduction and re-launch by attending clinical congresses (booth staff), customer visits and scientific congresses.
5Establish and maintain industry partnership management.
Requirment:
1. bachelor degree or above, majored in Medical,biomedical or engineering
2. at least 3 years experience in inbound marketing of medical devices and MRI product know-how
3. at least 2 years experience in the field MR radiology and/or MR physics
4. excellent know how of the MR workflow
5. excellent know how about the MR market and market trends
6. more than half year worked with international team
