Job Description Details工作职责

The Sales & Sample is responsible for the flow of samples in and out of the building along with working with the Buyer to ensure that all details are in order for our sales event to start. They support and are a key part to the relationship with Buyers, Account Manager, Vendor and Warehouses. They receive the goods and deliver to Buyer and QC team for curation, and QC Check, and pack and ship merchandise back to Vendors.

负责样品的进出管理，于采购员通力协作，保证样品细节质量，使产品成功上线。本职位是协调采购、客户经理、供应商和仓库关系的重要纽带。本岗位负责接收样品，转交采购员及QC部门进行进一步质检，在QC完成质检后将样品发还供应商。

· Support the Buyer in the product selection that sets us apart from all competition

· 协助采购员进行产品筛选，让本公司众多竞争者中脱颖而出

· Establish and maintain vendor relationships

· 于供应商建立及保持良好的关系

· Maintaining communication with vendors before, during and post event

· 在这个业务流程中与供应商做好沟通工作

· Deliver creative assets from the Vendor to the Creative Team in a timely manner (images, press kits, reel assets, samples for photo shoots)

· 及时从供应商出获得新颖的产品转交我们的团队（包括获取产品照片、产品配件、产品系列及方便拍照使用的样品）

· Audit the site to ensure all content associated with the event is 100% accurate and compliant prior to it going live with internal and external vendors

· 在产品上线前严格审核网站上的产品信息，保证为内部及外部客户在产品上线后看到的信息100%准确

· Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies as business needs dictate

· May be responsible for contacting vendor and obtaining all creative needs including:

· Lifestyle image for possible Home Page use

· Content/care instructions

· 产品说明

· Inventory quantity by style and size

· 统计各款式各尺码的库存数量

· Product dimensions/weight

· 提供产品适合的三维及体重信息

· Costing information

· 采集成本信息

· Load accurate information into event management system

· 向采购管理系统准确上传产品信息

· Set up vendor in vendor portal

· 为供应商开设供应商操作端口

· Confirm final inventory prior to event

· 产品上线前确保库存充足

Qualifications

岗位要求

· Front End - unpack and hang all products that arrive. Take low res image, capture CCO (care and country or origin) and measurements and enter into tool/system. Deliver samples to QC. Pick up samples from QC to bring down to Buyer Team

· 前期工作：对所有到达公司的产品进行拆包。对产品进行初步拍照，采集产品信息及尺寸并上传至系统。将样品转交QC部门，在质检后将样品转交采购部；

· Preparation - verify what was entered into the tool matches the product they have in hand. De-tag and sort all merchandise into prep categories. Prepare samples for shoot - steam, stuff and package product so that it's ready to be shot by studio.

· 准备工作：保证系统内的产品信息与实物相符。拆除标签，对产品进行初步分类。对样品进行熨烫、整理及美化，转交摄影部拍摄；

· Packing - verifies samples against tool. Look at vendor notes to determine where samples should go - either to or back to Vendor. Delivers products that go back to the Buyer team. Pack all products according to standards to ensure samples are returned to the appropriate place in good shape.

· 整理-通过工具认证样品。通过供应商提供的信息决定样品去处：去销售部或退回供应商。将产品交还采购部。按标准包装产品，保证样品在退回途中完好无损；

· Shipping - get packages from packing team and send the samples back to the vendor. Ensure accurate arrival times are met, sent to correct place, etc.

· 邮寄-从包装部拿回包裹并将样品寄回供应商。保证邮寄地址正确，邮寄及时等。

Qualifications

任职要求：

· Experience working in a fast paced environment - restaurant, retail, etc.

· 有在快节奏环境工作的经验：例如餐饮、零售行业；

· Experience working with products (hard goods and soft goods).

· 有耐用品或消耗品行业工作经验；

· Experience working in a high volume/production environment

· 有量产环境工作经验；

· Experience in maternal and infant products or e-commerce is preferred

· 做过母婴产品或者有电商经验优先考虑；

· Proficient attention to detail.

· 关注细节；

· Ability to communicate professionally.

· 专业的沟通能力；

· Ability to work independently and in teams.
