Job Description: 

1. Contact with suppliers, establish good relationship and determine relevant matters, such as inquiry, price negotiation, quality, delivery date and settlement conditions, etc;

与供应商联系，建立良好的关系，确定有关事项，如：询价、议价、质量、交货日期及结算条件等；

2. Collect market supply information, grasp market trends, develop new products and new suppliers, and maintain the relationship with existing suppliers.

负责市场供应信息的搜集，把握市场动态，开发新产品和新供应商，并维护好与现有供应商的关系。

3. Select qualified suppliers, fill in the supplier evaluation records, establish a list of qualified suppliers, and select the best suppliers;

选择合格的供方，填写供方评定记录，建立合格供应商名单，择优采购；

4. Purchase in strict accordance with the purchase plan, verify the inventory status of materials, and ensure that the purchased materials are completed on schedule, quality and quantity;

严格按采购计划进行采购，核实物资库存状况，确保采购物资按期、按质、按量完成。

5. When signing the supply contract, the price, quality and delivery time of the supply materials shall be well controlled, so as to achieve planning, control and tracking;

签订供货合同须掌控好供应物资的价格、质量和交期，做到有计划、有控制、有追踪；

6. Be responsible for regular reconciliation with suppliers to ensure clear and accurate current accounts

负责与供应商定期对账，保证往来账目清晰准确

7. Be responsible for the outsourcing factory and follow up the delivery date of processing orders;

负责委外加工厂，加工订单交期跟进；

8. In case of any quality problem found in the purchased materials, timely record and feed back to the supplier, handle the return or claim, take corrective measures and track the results;

对采购物资发现存在质量问题，及时记录并反馈供应商，负责办理退货或索赔事项，并采取纠正措施，跟踪结果；

Specification: 
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role is required 

至少2年或以上相关工作经验
2. Ability to source new products and anticipate future buying trends

具有良好的采购新产品并预测未来购买趋势的能力

3. Responsible – Have a very strong sense of duty and accountability 

有很强的责任感和责任感
4. Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills 

有出色的谈判和跟进技巧
5. Ability to work under pressure and to meet vital deadlines 

有能力在高压环境下工作并在按期内完成任务
6. Willing to work occasional late evenings

7. Self-motivated and highly energetic

8. Excellent English and Chinese skills (oral, reading and writing)
