International logistics operater

1. 发货：根据货物交期与客户交货要求，向物流商询价对比价格，确定物流方案，送货入仓订舱，补资料并审核确认提单；

Delivery: according to the delivery date of goods and the delivery requirements of customers, inquire from the forwarders to compare the price, determine the logistics scheme, deliver the goods to the warehouse, book the space, supplement the information and verify the bill of lading;

2. 报关：根据国内报关行要求准备相应报关资料，同时准备国外进口报关资料；

Customs declaration: according to the requirements of domestic customs broker, prepare the corresponding customs declaration materials, and prepare the foreign import declaration materials at the same time;

3. 物流跟踪：及时跟进货物到港情况并协助海外及时完成清关与提货；

Logistics tracking: timely follow up the arrival of goods and assist overseas customs clearance and delivery in time;

4. 退税：整理报关底单，协助财务退税；

Tax refund: sort out the customs declaration form and assist the financial tax refund;

5. 统计数据: 与财务的数据进行核对，统计分析物流成本

Statistical data: check with financial data and analyze logistics cost

任职资格(Qualifications)

1.大专以上学历，能收发英文邮件；

College degree or above, able to read and write mail in English;

2.熟练使用办公软件；

Proficient in using office software;

3.英语六级，口语熟练；

CET-6, good oral English;

4.两年以上同类型工作经验，有FOB货操作经验优先，如无相关经验，请勿投本职位；

At least two years working experience in the same type, FOB operation experience is preferred; Please do not apply for this position without relevant experience；

5.工作细心，责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神；

Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit;

6.性格活泼开朗，积极向上。
