Role Purpose:

This position gives support to Finance regarding Financial reporting, analysis and business partnering. He/ She should understand business, monitor and ensure high level reporting, analysis, forecast and budget; he/she will lead and support business improvement.

Principal Accountabilities:

-Lead cross function and cross BU’s business, support from financial perspective.

-Work with business team for meeting their advanced finance requirements or prepare business case study for specific business model

-Lead financial work like forecast, budget, analysis, presentation etc.….

-Support / lead internal improving process continually, other assigned jobs and any other ad-hoc requests

  Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance

-Minimum of five (8) years’ experience in business analysis, project management experience will be a plus

-Familiar with Excel & Finance ERP system, just like SAP.

-The experience with Hyperion will be a plus.

-Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, Oral/ written English

-Leadership, hands on

-Works well under pressure.

-Must be flexible and an effective team player with the ability to multi-task.
