Responsibility:

1.Daily Operation Management
? Ensure that team is setting up and maintaining validation and verification of production processes, including the creating of working instructions and testing instructions for production process
? Ensure that team is providing technical support and troubleshooting for production process (assembly and testing), in some cases for system installation; including problem solving and esclalation to required departments (R&D experts, supplier management,Quality management)
? Ensure planning of testing equipment and production equipment (selection, validation)

2.Team & Human Resource Management
? Human Resources Management,selecting,managing,assessing and promoting employees of the area of responsibility,to ensure long-term success with motivated employees. Responsible for team management and to ensure the whole team is working efficiently

3.New Product Introduction and Project Management
? Manage New Product Introduction of new products and components
? Maintaining up-to-date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans,) in order to ensure the transparency of project progress for all those involved (SCM, especially production, Industry engineer); ensure that all relevant know-how has been transferred to Process Engineering department
? Technical interface to R&D : Actively contributing to cooperate with all other interfaced departments and stakeholders and passing on all relevant information,in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum information chain between R&D and SCM

4.Requirement Management
? Ensure that all SCM demands and requirements are collected, given to R&D and involved departments and will be included into future specifications for future products to ensure that SCM requirements are fullfilled

5.Change Management and Innovation Management
? Maintaining up-to-date information into process quality improvement for production with the goal to recognize and then eliminate disturbances in order to optimize and maintain existing production process and efficiency
? Drive and energize continous process optimization by improving manufacturing workflows to increase process efficiency


Education and qualification requirements


1.Education

University or college degree for engineer with mechanical, electronical or mechatronic education


2.Professional experience

Min. 2-3 years professional experience in production process management and capability to lead a team, know-how in X-ray systems preferred

3.Knowledge

Professional skills in enginieering know-how and ability to aquire knowledge of the supported x-ray systems
Intercultural skills and ability to cooperate with worldwide partners
Capability to lead a team
Skills in local and international team collaboration
Project Management experience
PC skills in Office programs (especially MS Word, Excel, Visio, SAP R3, Outlook)
Fluent in spoken and written English
