Mission of function

- Overall manufacturing quality control and monitoring of EMS suppliers to achieve the required product quality.

- Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE).

- Participate in development projects as Project Leader - Production (PL-P) in order to achieve the production quality in product development stage

Contacts (internal / external)

- Internal: PM, R&D, QA, Procurement teams in HK/SZ/BJ/CH locations

- External: EMS suppliers & insepction service provider

Task

- Supervising, Coaching and Monitoring the SQE & PL-P colleagues in SZ office

- As supervisor level to work with supplier as PL-P function in product development stage to ensure the product quality level in Siemens standard

- Conduct regular supplier meeting and lead the supplier to improve manufacturing quality.

- Support EMS Audits conducted by HQ as Co-Auditor

- Support or lead manufacturing transfers as required on a project-base.

Knowledge

- Manufacturing & production knowledge

- 7 quality old/new tools, acceptance sampling method

- HVAC product understanding would be preferred

- Product safety and relibility engineering

- SPC - Statistic Process Control

- Project management skills

- Good communication in English

Experience

- Above 5 years in quality engineering with proven records & successful achievement.

- Above 2 years working experience in product business environment as project team member

- Above 2 years leadership skill with a team people with min. 3 staffs

- Has experienced in in MNC environment

Education and Language

- Bachelor degree in Engineering
