职位描述
（Job description）:
1. Development and support of existing- and new suppliers for electrical household appliances and components within the SEVERIN Group.
2. Planning and execution of Quality Management System- (QMS-), Audits and Process-Audits at the supplier and sub-supplier location(s).
3. Proactive support the qualification process for new products and components before Start of Production (SoP) with external supplier to reach release on time and achieve the SEVERIN quality standards.
4. Project handling during the new product development stage for mass production. Supporting of SEVERIN OQC-Inspection team during their First Article Inspection (FAI) at supplier side.
5. Follow up Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) of customer-complains or poor inspection results with the relevant suppliers and drive forward corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA).
6. Leads and supports Quality-Problem solving process (CAPA-Process) for supplier related issues and driving forward the related 8D-Reports.
7. Planning and execution of System- and Process Audits on annual basis at suppliers and due to occurred errors and supplier rating results and initiates counteractions and counteraction verification.
8. Participates in SEVERIN internal- and external warranty reduction problem solving activities regarding purchased material, parts and products.
9. Development of the Approved Supplier list of and maintenance related supplier data and ratings. 10. Communicates with SEVERIN Laboratory in China and in Germany and cooperate QM and purchasing on joint problem solving
11. Approves and reviews the monthly supplier rating and prepares the quarterly business review (QBR) for designated key component suppliers.
12. Other duties within SEVERIN as demanded

1. Strong Self-Confident appearance with a proactive problem solving attitude and very good communication skills.
2. Preferable with knowledge / Experience in ： Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9000 ff.) ； Auditor skills (ISO 19011)； Household appliance standards (IEC / EN 60335) ·
3. Fimilar with Qualilty tools, such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, Cause-and-effect Diagram etc. ·
4. Native Chinese with good English language skills (understanding, speaking and writing) ·
5. Good in Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel,..) ·
6. Good team-player with good analytical, logical- and commercial thinking. ·
7. Frequent traveling within China required; and flexibility.
