Responsibilities:

?Work with worldwide cross-functional teams, Product, Design, Application, Process and QA engineers on new silicon development from early phases of product definition to production phase.
?Responsible for testing related software (testprogram) & hardware(probe card/load board) design, development and implementation from engineering to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.
?Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures
?Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies
?Execute characterization, R&R, etc.
?Assist the project team during the device development phase, with valuable contributions on Design for test, quality, reliability, production etc. aspects.
?Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement
?Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work
?Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house
?Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction challenges.

Requirements:

?Bachelor  degree or above, EE, communication or Automatization major.
?Have semiconductor knowledge.Hands on experience for new product introduction for digital, analog or mix-signal IC.
?Good level on oral and written English, CET4  and above…
?Good communication skill and team work  spirit, willing  to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
