Responsibilities:

- Analyzes process related activity on Qualifications, NPI, NTI Qualification
- Performs Quality related inspection and Certification needed per procedure.
- Project management Innovation projects
- Prepares materials, resources  needed to implement necessary evaluation. Consolidates evaluation report in collaboration with local STT representative.
- Interface with BL and MFG, manage NPI project plans, feedback MFG voice to BL.
- Inter-teams collaboration for issue solution and optimization, root cause identification by data analysis and work with corresponding team to fix the issue.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Probe, Assy and Final Test processes and test programming.
- Basic knowledge in process data analysis, SPC.
- Experienced process, quality inspector.
- Knowledgeable in NPI release process.
- Sound report writing and analysis skills.
- Understand impact on cost of test
- Project and communication skill.
