Primary Responsibilities:
Verify manifest before vessel arrival and issue related documents to agents for smooth cargo releasing.
Raise import C/A whenever necessary.
Justify / verify with the POL office to follow up the later amendment..
Coordinate with Accounting on OCN FRT settlement for cargo releasing
Do EDI transmission of inbound manifest to the local Customs House timely to ensure the proper inf. delivery.
Timely inform remotes offices about their import cargoes through Qingdao gate, for their preparation in advance.
Issue T/S report to the DSTN office.
Conduct POL side to ensure the import shpt to obey the local POD restriction.
Import document lock.
International T/S arrangement.
Documents filing.

Qualifications:
College Degree Above.
Excellent English oral, listening and writing abilities.
Shipping working experience is preferred.
Key Competency:- Communication- Strictly follow instruction- Patient and careful enough.
