职位描述
Responsbility:
1.Create material purchase forecast to suppliers, communicate with suppliers on the delivery date and quantity in a more flexible way
2.create purchase order base on the real demand, periodically review the supplier's delivery performance and feedback to supplier management team.
3.Check the PO quantity and payment list,arrange the delivery and payment with agreed timeframe. To meet the material turnover rate target
4.Return the NC parts rejected by QC or by production,create return PO and follow the payment accordingly. Support FI on finicail period ending.
5.Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all revelant information, in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
A d d i t i o n a l R e q u i r e m e n t s:
1. 2~3 years relevant experiences at procurement position, responsible for electronic parts, PCBA handling, etc.
2. Familiar with electronic parts,especially PCBA handling process. Working experience at PCBA manufacturer is a plus.
3. Familiar with procurement process. Good understanding on mass production material flow logic at plant.
4. Strong sense of responsibilities for purchase orders following up and in time arrival. Ensure in time material supply to production line.
5. Familiar with SAP operation, familiar with MRP logic, familiar with BOM structure and analysis.
6. Strong sense of inventory control, have good control on the balance of material supply flexibility and inventory control.
7. Close follow up on payment with suppliers .Strong sense of establishing good mutual relationship with suppliers.
8. Good communication skills and team work spirits. Strong self motivation.
9. Fast learner, willing to work under high pressure."
