Roles and Responsibilities:

    

    

The Automotive SQE will be responsible to monitor local Chinese suppliers for automotive sector.

    

The SQE will report directly to SolarEdge Q&R Automotive Director in HQs for all professional aspects and matrix reporting to local SolarEdge Quality Director in China.

    

The candidate shall have the following skills:

1.  Good communication skills verbally, writing and reading in Chinese and English.
2. Electronics/Mechanics Engineering education with Quality education and proven experience in Automotive industry, International companies are an advantage.
3. VDA 6.3/IATF 16949 Certification is an advantage.
4. Multi-tasking, wide approach, deep knowledge of automotive core tools.

The SQE will help to coordinate between SolarEdge HQs and  the suppliers and be responsible for the following activities:

1. On site source inspections for Process, Products and Maintenance.
2. Improvements implementations follow-up.
3. Implement KPI measurements and report on agreed periodic bases.

5. Frequent traveling for suppliers inspection and follow-up.

                        

    

Residence:

    

we can hire someone from Shenzhen or  from Guangzhou

    

The SQE will do inspection at Jabil Guangzhou automotive sector but will have to visit ~ 4 Suppliers in Shenzhen and few in other places.
