岗位职责：

1、了解公司的岗位需求，筛选简历，协助各部门各岗位招聘人才；

2、了解公司的发展规划，了解公司的运营模式，负责新员工的入职培训；

3、监督督促公司的各项考核制度、薪资制度的贯彻执行，落实公司会议决定的各项事宜；

4、做好员工、各部门及上、下级之间的沟通协调工作；

5、负责办公用品及其它物品的采购、管理，固定资产管理，负责督促相关人员维护好办公环境卫生和安全；

6、员工活动的组织。

任职要求：

1、全日制大专及以上学历，人力资源管理专业或者其他相关专业，至少三年以上相关人事行政工作经验；

2、具有较强的亲和力、责任心、抗压能力、领导能力及工作热情，具有良好的执行力、观察力、团队精神、沟通协调能力和组织管理能力；

3、处事稳重，为人正直，诚实守信，分析、解决问题能力强；

4、具备一定的写作能力，能够起草公司规章制度和各项通知等其他临时性文件；

5、对科技公司招聘、员工关系维护、人员培训有着丰富的经验和心得体会；

6、具备优秀的外联、公关能力及解决突发事件的能力。

7、活动安排：每日下午员工提供零食和每周五水果茶；定期举办生日会，不定期组织形式多样员工活动；

8、交通：公司位于南山西丽茶光地铁站Ｂ出口５００米的健兴科技大厦，交通便利，办公环境优美。
