A Buyer will execute and manage events/online sales/promotion/flash sales. They are responsible for supporting their Buyer Manager to meet/ exceed the financial goals set for their category, ensuring their vendors are delivering quality product, and executing all events.

擅长处理线上/线下各种促销活动;负责协助采购经理完成本品类月度、季度、年度财务目标;督促供应商在保质保量前提下按时发货及其他工作所需事项。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
主要工作职责
Support the Buyer Manager in the product selection that sets us apart from all competition
协助采购经理从众多产品目录中筛选产品
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
建立及维护与供应商的关系
Maintaining communication with vendors before, during and post event
在采购前、采购中及采购后与供应商做好沟通工作
Assist in negotiating buying terms with vendors (price, quantity, delivery/ payment terms)
协助采购经理与供应商商谈采购条款(包括采购价格、数量、发货及付款条款)
Deliver creative assets from the Vendor to the System/Client in a timely manner
及时为平台从供应商处获得新颖的产品
On top of industry trends, new products, and competition
对潮流、新产品及竞争对手发展动向有敏锐的嗅觉
Audit the customer site to ensure all content associated with the event is 100% accurate and compliant prior to it going live
在产品上线前审核产品信息,确保客户网站上展示的产品信息准确无误
Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies as business needs dictate
有能力在工作需要时主动及灵活变动采购策略
Responsible for managing data pertaining to relevant needs of the business

Qualifications
产品上线前确保库存充足
1-3 years of retail or relevant sales experience preferred. Experience in a buying office a plus.
1-3年零售或相关经验。有采购经验者优先录取;
College Degree or equivalent work experience
大学本科学历或同等工作经验
Demonstrated understanding of merchandising and retail math
对商业及零售业务有深刻理解
Experience in ecommerce preferred
有电商经验者优先
Experience in analyzing reports and drawing conclusions/recommendations
有报表分析、总结及优化能力者优先
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
能熟练运用微软办公软件,特别是擅长Excel
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
有较强的书面及口头表达能力及较强的人际关系处理能力
Good level English Speaking and Writing
良好的英文口语及书面表达能力
