• Schedule QC daily work according to the booking to ensure inspection is done in time and in accordance to the best location arrangement;
• Schedule the Audit announcement and arrangement with supplier and sourcing;
• Coordinate between Quality team, Sourcing team and suppliers to ensure all issues related to quality inspection can be ran smoothly;
• Help QUALITY department for administrative work such as filing forms, translation, report, inspection report checking and uploading etc.;
• Maintain the Inspection Booking record and Audit record perfectly to ensure good KPI;
• Help PE with maintaining the database (Dropbox or similar system) in good order;
• Review basic control point of inspection report and feedback to QC leader and Inspector;
• Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior.

Requirements

• College degree or above;
• At least 1 year working experience with familiar position;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
• Circumspective and patient, high sense of responsibilities;
• Proactive and hardworking, be able to work independently.
