Responsibilities:
1. Competition analysis and worldwide market research for all products currently manufactured at SSMR and all future products at SSMR. The target markets for our M3/M4 products are mainly Brazil. India and especially China and the whole north East Asia region.
2. Internal: Employees in all functions in MK; Employee of SLC/sales; Employee of PLM, CS, and QM, Project team members (SSMR and dotted line to HQ MR)
External: Employees of corresponding marketing /sales functions in Siemens Erlangen, Singapore and SLC; Customers and industry partners
3.Develop a comprehensive overview about the activities of our direct competition in terms of technology and marketing activities.
4. Quarterly competition report for our products in the M3/M4 markets.
5. Development of "virtual roadmaps" indicating what our competition plans next (using supplier information and/ or personal network) in terms of technology and new products.
6. Responsible for market research in our target markets with regards to market share: Brazil, India and China/North East Asia region. Focus on activities of known players, identification of new players (especial in Chinese low field market) and development of health care system.
7. Identify sales arguments against our competition and provide this information to marketing /sales for all SSMR products.
8. Support outbound marketing and sales in product introduction and re-launch by attending clinical congresses (booth, staff), customer visits and scientific congresses.
Establish and maintain contacts to industry and clinical partners
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, majored in Medical or Biomedical;
2. Good English level, both reading and speaking;
3. At least 3 years experience in marketing of medical devices and MRI product Analysis;
4. Know-how competition analysis;
5. More than 2 years worked with international team, better with 1 year or more years' team leading experience
