Main Responsibilities:

？ Progression of projects through the DL Group New Product Development (NPD) process

？ Supporting post production activities on projects as required

？ Execute and manage tests, in internal laboratory and/or at factory/OEM’s site

？ Test Report Writing

？ Accurate recording and input of data.

？ Quality investigation report writing

？ Creation of internal work / rework instructions

？ Bond and Release of defective product if required

？ Support the DL Group Production Release (QPR) process

？ Where tasked responsible for Risk Assessment

？ Where tasked responsible for Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA)

？ Where tasked responsible for Product Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA)

？ Where tasked responsible for Product Validation Test Plans (PVTP)

？ Where tasked responsible for Corrective Action Request + Early Warning Report feedback.

？ Where tasked responsible for Creation and Maintenance of Quality Test Specification for Products (QSP) / Quality Test Method (QTM) / Process Quality Standards (QPS) / Quality Best Practice standards (QBP)

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

？ 3-5 years experience in quality assurance engineering; Small Domestic Appliances industry is preferable

？ Must be familiar with EU safety Standards, food contact and environmental regulations/legislations.

？ Good level of knowledge in electro/mechanical production processes

？ Good level of fault finding and investigation skills

？ Good written and spoken language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

？ Must be willing and able to travel (e.g. China / HK / Europe)

Desirable:

？ Chartered Engineer or working towards professional registration.
