Mission:
Development of electronic components. R&D management for headcount , resource , performance and competence for sub-R&D team ; R&D development process control; Dimensions:R&D management
Responsibilities:
1.To lead & manage a sub-R&D team to be responsible for technical concept ,planning, product research and development activities and technical sustaining for Electronic components (including design imrovement, technical trouble shooting, Engineering support to custom, SCM and supplier etc.)
2.Responsible for operation & performance of respective sub R&D/Engineering team
3.Defining ,managing and improving the competence of resonsible sub-R&D team.
4.Responsible for the resource/headcount management and people development of sub R&D team.
5.Interface to coordination of the cooperation between the sub processes for R&D activies.
Requirements:
1: Technologies: Deep understanding of analog and digital electronic circuit design
2: Technologies: Measure and Troubleshoot in analog and digital ciruits of electronic components
3: Profess. Knowl.: Management skill(incuding competence, resource and headcount management)
4: Profess. Knowl.: Process and Quality management knowledge
5: Technologies: Product & Technical knowledge(e.g. Mech., E&E, SW, application, image quality, architecture etc.)
6: Technologies: Relative standards / Regulations / Laws in Electronic, medical devices field
7: Methodologies: IT tools and methods
8: Methodologies: Presentation and communication skills
9: Professional: Electronic/Electrical background, Bachelor or above; At least 5 years experience in electronics component development field, and at least 2 years experience in leading R&D team.
10:Intercultural:international orientation is essential; experience with international employers and customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures.
