RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development

 

l Find new clients

l Participate in the development of the business to reach its yearly target and assigned KPIs

l Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new prospects

l Create and keep all record in the CRM systems and timely input
l Keep good communication with external and internal

 

Sales Responsibilities

l Search for new information about potential clients and timely report

l Support the business development department of the Branches,

centralize the prospects and ensure information is correctly update and report

l Participate in the marketing and sales offer to client by working

jointly with all functional teams on the recommendation and the production

of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals,

contracts, etc.

l Act as a team-player for the Company’s values and culture; enhance efficiency for the sale activities, conduct proper business development plan to achieve target & KPIs

任职要求：

l Sales/BD abilities and proven track record

l Minimum 3 years’ experience in IFM services

l Relevant degree

l Market analysis abilities

l Strong presentation skills

l Communication and Negotiation skills

l CN native and total fluency in English (written/oral)
