Job Description

1. Responsible for material group of stamping parts, pillow box, rivets, springs etc;
2. Conduct RFQ, and material cost analysis based on supplier quotation and process to identify cost saving opportunities;
3. Conduct price negotiation with supplier from sample phase, validation phase, till SOP phase, and engineering change if there is;
4. Conduct supplier overall management assessment, together with supplier quality engineer by using VDA6.3 tool or other similar assessment form;
5. As project manager, to lead supplier sample preparation, coordination internal quality inspection, release, production trial production and engineering testing to ensure PPAP release of supplier sample is on time;
6. As RPP ratio project leader, take initiative to optimize design or supplier process for cost down;
7. Lead price negotiation with suppliers for contract signing;
8. As supplier mentor, to manage responsible supplier performance and continuous improvement for excellence.
9. Issue PO to supplier per project requirement;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree of Engineering；
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, Technical, Engineering or Quality or Project Function；
3. SAP system or similar experience, negotiation license and experience in cost structure analysis of a product are preferred；
4. Microsoft PPT, Excel good skills;
5. Basic English communication skills；
