· Deal with all product, technique and abnormal problem

· Cooperate with other departments to get their full effective support

· Accept all reasonable advice to improve quality

· Layout the requirement of manpower. Plan and implement the training scheme

· Troubleshooting and fulfill the production plan

· Train line leader's management skill and establish team work spirit

· Establish and carry into execution the performance management and

encouragement system

· Ensure workshop clean and safe and the company security policy be applied

promptly

· Control the production process, and fulfill the product job on time with high quality

· Cooperation with engineer to improvement Tool OEE.

· Report major issues to Senior supervisor or manager

· Use Lean manufacturing concept and implement Lean activities

Qualification

· Generally require bachelor, if the guy has rich experience in production management, the education background can be loosened.

• Good team work
• Has in production management experience
• Good computer skill
• English level 4 or above
