岗位职责：

1、了解行业人力资源现状及发展趋势，为重大人事决策提供建议和支持；

2、协助总经理及各部门经理拟定公司人员组织规划和人员编制计划，办理员工招聘、录用、解聘、调动、调岗、升职工作；

3、负责公司人事档案管理工作；

4、组织实施绩效管理，公司各部门及部门的员工绩效考核跟进统计，分析并优化；

5、企业文化活动的策划与实施；营业执照、组织机构代码、税务登记证的年审；

6、协助总经理及各部门经理开展公司员工的培训及培训组织工作；

7、根据公司职位调整需要，对岗位说明书进行相应的变更，保证各部门岗位说明书与实际相符；

8、优化人员配置；

9、依据社会保障体系制定公司的福利制度；

10.完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.有两年以上电子行业人力资源管理经验

2.掌握人力资源管理专业知识、劳动法规、对各部门职能及运作流程熟悉，对产品有一定了解；有一定的文书写作能力

3.受过现代人力资源相关专业知识,对招聘面试STAR行为面谈熟悉、测评工具及面试题库的建立

4.助理人力资源管理师证或以上（人力资源管理专业除外）

5.原则性、亲和力、较好的沟通协调能力、细心、耐心、有韧性、责任心、上进
