Purpose of the Job and Objectives:

·          To acquire new logo customers and to meet assigned annual signing targets.  Development of new business initiatives and business growth in new prospects / industry.  Ensure contract renewal.

Number of direct reports, if any: 

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

·         Bring in qualified sales leads

·         Promote outsourcing services on behalf of the company

·         Negotiate and close contract with prospect client

·         Ensure to meet assigned annual signing targets

·         Prepare and manage sales plans for individual prospect client.

·         Prepare bids, presentations and proposals to prospect client, and to coordinate internal efforts in achieving professional representation of the Company to customers

·         Maintain customer contact records and sales process status

·         Provide feedback to operations and solution team in order to develop and enhance suitable service packages

·         Identify and develop new services and products in CRM services

·         Provide up to date competitors and competitive market information

Experience and Qualifications (Academic/Technical/Management):

·         A University Degree holder or equivalent with 10-15 years’ experience

·         A successful track record in a sales or business development environment

·         Experience in selling into large MNC and local enterprise is a must

·         Experience in BPO or other outsource service industry is an advantage

·         Hands-on experience in PC software applications and tools

·         Good command of English and Chinese
