Key responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for general AP related work based in China.
check all payment request to ensure it matched with the related invoice and the contracts, follows the law, regulation and group finance policy（DOA） and procedure timely and correct
provide Monthly AP related report as required, such as AP aging analysis
fixed assets register and depreciation in ERP system
balance sheet reconciliation – AP and Fixed assets related
monitor the purchase to pay procedure , make sure the procedure /payment /expenses/ are apply for the company internal controls policy ,expenses claim policy & DOA

Key requirements:
You ideally should be used to working in a manufacturing plant and being the AP accountant for over 5 years.
? bilingual –written and reading English language skills required
? typically 5+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
? have demonstrated and applied advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for areas managed, and possess good knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact with each other
