1、主要负责与国内研发平台研究农药新产品的开发，对公司目前现有产品进行技术创新和品质改进工作；

2、研究国内外的不同国家的农药产品进出口相关法律法规和外国农药登记流程及政策变化，研究目标市场国家农药产品登记所需资料和需求，有效完成国内外农药登记资料的开发、分析、整理、汇总和跟进维护工作。

岗位要求：

1、农药合成或应用化学等相关专业本科以上学历，熟练掌握农药谱图、理化性、毒理等农化专业知识，英语六级以上，懂西班牙语、法语者优先录用；

2、对所从事的工作抱有极大的热情和耐心，能够持续学习各国农药产品相关政策，并具备初步预测政策走向。

3、英语及电脑综合应用能力强，能以英语为工作语言，熟练检索、翻译、整理各种农药分析及登记资料；

4、具有优秀的市场分析判断能力，能够在同行业登记竞争中抢占先机；同时具备良好的客户关系建立和保持的能力。有一定谈判技巧能够迅速获得客户认可；

4、富有激情，有着良好团队沟通能力，能够激发团队配合与挑战的能力。

5、学习新事物的能力强，能够快速融入新环境并积极展开工作。
