1、本科以上学历，工科专业优先考虑；

2、五年以上品质管控工作经验，有模切行业品质管理经验优先考虑；

3、有丰富的处理客户投诉经验；

4、熟悉质量管理体系标准、建立、推行及维护；

5、管理思路清晰，擅长人员管理及时间管理；

6、较强的沟通协调能力，行动力强；

7、工作认真负责，有较强的事业心及高度的责任感；

8、熟练使用英语进行日常工作沟通及交流（包括书面及口头）.
