工作职责

  -与客户沟通，确定他们的期望和需求

  -在技术的可行性向客户提供建议，包括工作范畴、时间表和成本

  -使用图纸、草图、模型或书面说明设计产品

  -使用基于计算机的设计软件（如Adobe Illustrator、InDesign、Photoshop、After Effects、Dreamweaver、Flash Player和3D Flash Animator、Apple Final Cut Pro X和Avid音频制作软件），创建设计理念

  -与其他视觉设计师和视频制作者合作，在最终产品方面进行良好的合作

  -使用HTML或软件程序员使用“面向用户”的编程语言，如Java或C++将文件写入单个程序

  -测试和调整最终程序

  -完成设计工作并向客户展示最终设计

  -代表客户/客户与经理和团队联络，必要时确保许可和版权。

  -在生产和存档产品文档以及任何报告和建议方面遵守公司政策

  -为经验不足的设计师提供指导意见

    

任职资格

  -3年至5年跨国公司相关工作经验优先

  -多媒体、平面设计或相关专业本科以上学历优先

  -系统思维方面的专业知识，对交互设计原则和方法有很强的了解

  -对视觉设计理论（即构图、色彩理论、排版等）有深入的了解，并对与设计相关的用户行为有敏锐的理解

  -熟练应用3D Studio Max、Adobe Creative Suite（InDesign、Photoshop、Illustrator），具备高级水平。思维开放性、能可快速跟上新技术的发展

 -熟练应用MS Office：PowerPoint、Excel、Word，具备高级水平

  

We are looking for a talent who is experienced in one or two areas mentioned below.

·         Interactive visuals and web development

·         Video recording, storyline writing and editing

·         3D and Graphic Design

·         3R(AR/VR/MR)

Task profile and areas of responsibility

·         Communicate with customers/clients to establish their expectations and needs

·         Advise customers/clients on what is technically possible and produce a proposal including, for example, the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales and costs

·         Work with drawings, sketches, models or written instructions to design the product

·         Create design ideas using computer-based design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash Player and 3D Flash Animator, Apple Final Cut Pro X and Avid audio production software

·         Collaborate with other visual designers and video producers for a good cooperation in producing a qualified the final product

·         Author the files into a single program using HTML or by a software programmer using 'object oriented' programming languages such as Java or C++

·         Test and adjust final programs

·         Produce finished design work and present final designs to clients

·         Liaise with managers and team on behalf of the customer/client and, where necessary, ensure clearance and copyright

·         Observe company policy in terms of producing and archiving product documentation, as well as any reports and recommendations

·         Provide guidance to less-experienced designers

                        

  Required qualifications

·         3-5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company as preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, graphic design or related field preferred

·         Expertise in systemic thinking and strong knowledge of interaction design principles and methodology

·         Advanced knowledge of visual design theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.), and a keen understanding of user behavior as it relates to design

 ·         Advanced skill level in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and openness to come up to speed with new emerging technologies quickly

 ·         Advanced level experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
