【工作职责】

1、负责前台接待，前台服务热线的接听和电话转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，负责来访客户的接待工作，保持良好的礼节礼貌。

2、负责会议室卫生和环境管理，各个会议的安排，会后会议室的整理。

3、负责公司文件、信件、邮件、报刊杂志的分送。

4、办公设备故障报障和维护。

5、领导交待的其他临时事务，办公室环境的维护。。

6、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。

【岗位要求】

1. 年龄22-28岁，大专以上学历。

2. 身高160以上，形象气质佳，性格开朗、热情大方；

3. 语言表达能力较好，服务意识强，有较强的沟通协调能力，有团队协作精神
