Job Description

1. To develop and improve the maintenance plan, method, standard for the Painting machine为喷漆线、各类设备的机械类保养工作制定维保方法、标准、计划等
2. To provide professional support for maintenance technicians on production floor 为维保技术员提供维保工作中的专业的机械技术支持
3. To follow up the maintenance results and necessary improvement projects for the assigned MAE 负责所分配的职责范围内的所有生产设备日常维保工作的落实情况，跟进必要的改善方案及其执行
4. To analysis and summary the breakdown issues, develop troubleshooting list, and improve maintenance team skill through internal training and sharing 通过对设备故障进行分析汇总，制定troubleshooting，以及通过内部培训与分享等方式，提升维保团队整体维保技能。

Qualifications

1. Junior college above/大专及以上学历；

2. More than 3 years experience of maintenance/三年以上的维修工作经验;

3. Know metal automatic painting system (powder, water/oil base electrostatic painting), includes pre-treatment, automatic painting, etc. 了解金属自动喷涂设备（喷粉及/或水/油性漆静电喷涂），包括金属喷涂预处理、自动喷涂系统等

4. Can use AutoCAD and other drawing software to make mechanic design熟悉AutoCAD等制图软件，能够进行机械制图；

5. Know variance metal machining equipment, experience of Paiting machine is first 熟悉各种金属加工设备，了解烤漆设备优先；

6. Basic English skill for common work communication 能用英语基本的工作沟通；
