1.品牌维护：

- 确保品牌在区域市场的知名度、美誉度的维护和提升；

- 防范严重投诉事件及安全事故的发生。

2.综合业务：

- 配合区域总经理和人事部制订学校人事架构，岗位职责，考核指标及薪资方案；

- 负责学校业务管理团队的建立、培训、管理、评估和职业发展规划支持；

- 确保月度和年度新生销售及在读学生续费指标的完成，实现学校学生人数的净增长率，并控制销售及续费折扣率在公司目标范围内；

- 确保标准课程管理流程及其他服务标准在学校的严格执行，确保及提升顾客满意度；

- 督促教学经理有效利用教师资源、产品资源，确保及提升教学质量，并确保课程产出时间延长率在公司目标内；

- 配合市场经理共同制订学校市场发展计划并监督执行，督促潜在客户的开拓、发掘以及品牌的良性传播以实现对销售的支持。

3.系统应用、财务及后勤：

- 确保学校团队正确应用系统，并利用系统信息提升学校运营管理；

- 在授权范围内管理和控制日常行政费用支出；

- 指导、支持及监督后勤、行政部门完成职责内的工作。

能力要求：

- 成熟稳重，个人情绪管理良好，有一定的压力承受能力，具备强烈的目标导向；

- 思路清晰，具备较强的逻辑思维能力；

- 善于观察、沟通和协调，组织计划性强，有带领团队的经验；

- 具备较强的数据分析能力，关注细节，重视质量；

- 积极上进，具有持续的学习和自我发展能力；

- 英文可以作为工作语言。

资格要求：

- 学历：本科及以上

- 工作经验：3年以上管理岗位工作经验，3年以上销售、服务或市场营销经验，具备英语培训相关经验者优先；

- 英语水平：读写可以作为工作语言，口语可以做日常简单沟通；

- 计算机技能：熟练使用基本办公室软件（Word, Excel, Power Point
