Basic English communication skill includes written and spoken, clearly communicate with US and Bucharest IT stuff to perform IT troubleshooting and IT support activities.

Solid knowledge of both Window and Mac OS desktop platform support, perform troubleshooting and fulfil users’ requests.

Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN network, IP/TCP and VoIP phone system, perform troubleshooting and daily maintenance
