职位描述：

1. Responsible for assigned customers for business growth, in-line with the Strategic Plan and the Operating Plan of ITT ICS. 

2. To carry out direct sales activity to develop new business that aligns with the ITT ICS’s strategic sales direction. 

3. Achieve sales budget and Key objectives. 

4. Provide regular feedback to sales management on new business opportunities, customer status, competitor activities and pricing & technology trend. 

5. Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Product & Marketing management to support customers. 

6. Develop sales plan/forecast, long-term strategic plan, and input competitor information as it becomes available; 

7. Other tasks arranged by the superior. 

职位要求：

5+ years’ experience in Rail/HVOR/Aerospace/Industrial market. Preferred experience with connectors manufacturers.

1. Education – Bachelor(Engineering Degree preferred);

2. Comfortable working with Western Companies;

3. Ability to travel within China;

4. Ability to travel to Europe and or USA for training and meetings.
