Key Accounts Sales Executive (APAC)

Responsibilities: 负责SEA国家（Indonesia，Phillipines为主）的客户与项目商机开发

· Undertaking work of the overall sales cycle to achieve business revenue; from Targeting up to Closing of business.

· Sells SF Express complete offering of product and services thru Accounts Visits, Trade shows and any other forms of Client Relationship Management.

· Responding to customer enquiries or requests such as service proposals, service accommodation & any other related service functions.

· Key Account and Customer Relationship management.

· Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company / customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives, researching and analyzing sales options and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.

· Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring current practices from industry competition and market / account reactions.

· Prepares and timely submission of reports, presentations, and other documents relating to function.

Requirements:

· Have relative background in APAC international logistics business such as international express, cross-border e-commercial business, or freight forwarding/ 3PL Company.

· Fluent in English and Chinese language; working experience in a Chinese background company is a bonus point.

· Flexible with work locations (Travelling required)

· Must be inquisitive, detailed and meticulous in documents and reports preparation.

· Pro-active, Customer Focus and Analytical.

· Must be able to work independently. Flexible and can easily adapt to changes in work environment.

· At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience & as part of Commercial/ Sales Team as Key Account Executive is required for this position.

· Proficient in Microsoft office Application – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
