行政人事助理 Admin&HR Assistant(入职先签1年合同,1年后再次协商续签)


行政:

  1. 负责差旅事宜(预订机票,火车,酒店,租车等);
  2. 负责广交会的差旅,季节性地使广交会的时间表进行协调和管理。与香港办事处安排机票预订,酒店担保以及安排购买证书;
  3. 负责公司安全和维护办公环境。 (定期检查采购消防设备;采购文具和办公必需品;样品管理;办公室宠物和绿植管理...);
  4. 安排国际快递的付款请求,包括应用程序的相关税费,并进行付款说明;
  5. 安排进出口产品的通关,并向海关提交有关材料;
  6. 每月行政费用的均摊和付款申请,管理办公室日常运营费用;
  7. 协助经理实施相关的管理工作流程,并在需要时提供建议和支持。


人事:

  1. 支持日常招聘全流程。(职位发布,简历筛选,电话面试,推荐报告,面试组织,谈offer等);
  2. 员工的入离调转人事流程的跟进;
  3. 辅助薪资和福利工作,包括但不限于收集薪资信息,每月社保公积金,商业保险的名单更新等。
  4. 人事档案的制作和管理;
  5. 员工年度体检的安排。
  6. 管理考勤休假系统,分析每月出勤报告;


资格:

  1. 流利的英语(书写和口语表达);
  2. 本科以上学历,有外企工作经验者优先;
  3. 热爱行政和人事工作,充满活力,积极开朗,喜欢小动物;
  4. 乐于并擅长快速学习,结果导向,高效能工作;
  5. 以客户为导向,及时提供帮助;
  6. 强烈的责任心,注重细节,高度的团队合作精神;
  7. 精通Excel和其他Microsoft Office软件。(熟练使用Excel);
  8. 熟练的软件技能(Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook等);
  9. 良好的问题解决,沟通,冲突管理和人际交往能力;

Job Responsibilities:

Admin:

  1. Responsible for travel issue(Booking tickets for flight, train, hotel, car). 
  2. Responsible for travel in Canton Fair. 
  3. Responsible for company safety and maintain office environment. (Arrange fire-fighting facilities and regular check fire-fighting equipments. Arrange purchase of stationeries and daily necessities; Sample management...)
  4. Arrange payment requests for international express including the relevant taxes and fees of the application and do payment clarify.
  5. Seasonally to make Canton fair schedule coordination & management. Arrange air tickets booking、hotel guarantee with HK office & arrangement for purchase certificates.
  6. Arrange customs clearance of imported and exported products and submit relevant materials to customs.
  7. Monthly payment recharge with the concerned teams to provide clear picture for office operation fee.
  8. Manage & maintain the attendance & leave system, provide the monthly attendance & leave application report.
  9. Assist manager to implement related admin work flow and give advice and support when needed;

HR:
  1. Support daily recruitment. (Post the job ad., scan the CV, conduct interview, propose the candidate, arrange for the further interview, finalize the offer;)
  2. Take charge of the staff on boarding/departure process;
  3. Assist salary payroll & benefit job include, but not limited to collect payroll info., handle for social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance, IIT & etc.


Qualifications:
  1. With working experience in foreign company is preferred.
  2. Smile, and customer oriented, willing to offer help.
  3. Bachelor degree is preferred.
  4. Fluency in oral and written English and Mandarin.
  5. Well-master Excel and other microsoft office softwares. (熟练使用Excel)
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit.
  7. Proficiency in software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
  8. Good organization and efficiency on duty management.
  9. Problem solving, communication, conflict management and interpersonal skills.
  10. High demanding for vendor management.
  11. Good leadership on employee activities organization.
