负责永辉超市内玩具、文具及体育用品专区的经营以及人员管理。

具体职责：

1.负责门店的运营管理、主持专区管理，配合市场营销策略的实施；

2.负责门店内日常工作管理监督、工作排班、顾客满意度维护等工作；

3.监督门店内外的清洁卫生，负责保卫、防火等作业管理；

4.负责门店各种设备的维护保养和管理；

5.妥善处理顾客投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种矛盾。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，零售背景优先；

2、形象气质佳；

3、喜欢团队协作的氛围、抗压能力好；

4、具备良好的沟通表达和学习能力。
