Principal Accountability:

Account management, such as managing and supervising account manager and key users, as well as daily operations including budget and administration.

Key Result Area:

1.Customer service job including:

2.Manage high-end customers and other major accounts in Beijing;

3.Deal with all aspects of projects;

4.Create profit using current client resources;

5.Lead project management activities if needed;

6.Ensure efficient and effective team work;

7.Achieve established business objectives;

8.Provide sales report to management;

9.Attend client meetings;

10.Maintain and develop relationship with existing clients;

11.Complete administrative work as required.

Job requirements:

3-5 years of insurance-related experience, foreign company experience preferred.

Education background:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.China Insurance Broker License holders preferred.

Technical and professional knowledge:

1.Familiar with all types of insurance products;

2.Proficient in computer skills.

Personal ability requirements:

Good interpersonal skills;

Good negotiation and problem solving skills;

Customer oriented, active to achieve business objectives;

Good learning ability and team work spirit.

Other:

Proficient in Mandarin and English.
