Position objectives and position summary

• This role is a member of Finance team and will be responsible for internal and external financial reporting as well as planning and analysis

• Implementation of processes and policies per regulatory and Aon requirements

• Partner with the Business team and support business strategy and development

   

Main tasks/activities

1. Prepare FP&A report for Aon and COFCO with quality and time control                                           

2. Provide regular local statutory reports with high quality control and ensure timely submission

3. Provide data analysis to support business strategy and business development, prepare related management reports

4. Manage Balance Sheet & P&L analysis on monthly basis.

5. Responsible for regional projects implementation in local (GCP, new revenue recognition standard, etc)

6. Coordinate Internal and External audit programs.

7. Other jobs related to FP&A team                                                                 

Job requirements

Education:

• At least Bachelor degree; preferentially major in Accounting or Insurance.

 

Professional Experience:

• 3-5 years big 4 audit firms experience

• FP&A experience

• Familiar with the insurance industry

• Familiar with local GAAP and US GAAP, regulatory and compliance rule of China

• Good English oral and written ability

• Presentation skills

• Skill on IT systems (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Preferably Access)

• Good analytical skills and writing ability
• M & A experience and Power BI skill is preferred

 

Interpersonal Skills:

• Efficient communication skill

• Able to cope with high stress in tight schedule
