主创建筑师

 

职责：

1. 负责和完善概念设计，并对概念设计进行深化  

2. 联络业主、设计院、相关政府部门，解决与协调设计问题题  

3. 审查设计院提供的各阶段图纸  

4. 撰写工程招标技术规范  

5. 带领团队完成设计进程  

6. 项目施工过程中的技术支持  

7. 培训及管理初级建筑师  

  

任职资格：  

1. 建筑学及相关专业毕业至少7年工作经验  

2. 较强的规划及设计能力、可对项目方案进行良好的把握及与客户沟通的能力  

3. 具备独立带领团队完成城市设计及建筑设计方案的能力  

4. 国际知名设计公司或国内大型设计院工作经历  

5. 熟悉各类建筑设计规范及施工规范  

6. 熟悉各类建筑材料；  

7. 能够熟练使用设计软件；  

8. 良好的职业素养、责任心强、逻辑清晰、善于沟通、组织及协调各方

 

Chief Architect

Job description:

1. Elaboration and improvement of Conceptual Design and Design Development
2. Liaise with client, local design institute and government to clarify technical design issues.
3. Check each phase drawings provided by the local design institute
4. Write technical bidding specifications
5. Lead the team to complete the design
6. Support during construction phase of the project
7. Train and supervise junior architects

 

Job qualification:

1. Degree in architecture and related major, at least 7 years’ working experience
2. Have strong program ideas, program explanations, and customer communication skills
3. Ability of project leader
4. Experiences in design institutes or international architecture offices
5. Familiar with building design and construction regulations
6. Familiar with building materials
7. Expert in design software
8. Have professional ethics, high sense of responsibility, clear thinking, good communication, organization and coordination ability.
