1.维护老客户，负责公司现有客户的批量订单处理；

2.与客户充分沟通，了解客户要求及客户要求的变更；

3.把客户要求转化为生产指令，跟踪、监督订单进程，确保产品符合客户对质量、数量和交期的要求；

4.负责售前、售中、售后与客户的沟通，保持良好的客户关系

5.保存所负责的所有客户的完整档案资料

6.充分利用公司资源、制定并达成跟单销售计划，向跟单主管汇报工作。

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，英文4级以上，读写熟练，英语口语沟通流利

2、熟悉基本的外贸流程

3、有通讯行业或优秀应届毕业生优先
