Position: NPD Manager

Location: Dongguan

Main responsibilities:

· Schedule new products introduction and whole project

· Assess production in quotation phase and provide quotation BOM form to Sales

· Communicate with customers and sales to know customers' requirements and transmit into own documents

· Finish all technical documents in products development includes engineering drawings, BOM, tooling design, instruction documents and FMEA etc.

· Organize assessment of projects in development stage and finish assessment reports

· Follow up purchasing materials in sample phase period, tooling production and prepare process documents

· Lead and assist sample team to finish sample production and submit feedback from customers

· Manage shift production and supervise manufacture after shift

· Charge products ECN adjustment and inform other departments to finish audit works after adjustment

· Communicate with customers to coordinate with their requirements and adjustments

· Organize and coordinate project team includes staffing and positions

Main requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related science

· 5+ years of related experience in medical assembly scope or healthcare industry.

· Familiar with IPC-620 and IPC-610 criteria

· Has the NPI background of cable assembly is a plus for this position

· Has solid experience of process development or product design is required

· Familiar with plastic/metal material characteristics and injection/ machining process

· Has plating basic knowledge

· Familiar with Cpk calculate and data analysis

· Familiar with ISO13485 is preferred.
