1.Assist in the optimization and expansion of recruitment channels;

  

2. Maintain close cooperation with business units to understand and analyze recruitment needs;

  

3. Collect talent information according to needs and quickly search for candidates through various channels;

  

4. Carry out resume screening, recommendation, interview and follow-up process follow-up;

  

5. Assist in the statistics and analysis of recruitment data;

  

6. Other work arranged within the department.

  

 

    

Required competencies: 

  

1. Full-time undergraduate degree with more than 5 years of recruitment experience;

  

2. Fluent in spoken and written English;

  

3. Manufacturing industry recruitment experience is preferred;

  

4. Familiar with the recruitment process, skilled use of recruitment tools and resources, and a wealth of recruitment experience and skills;

  

5.Work aggressively, meticulously organized, strong sense of responsibility and execution;

  

6. Good professionalism, result orientation, strong communication and coordination skills and focus on teamwork;
