Responsibilities：

1. Plan the weekly inspection plan with according to factory shipment status. Submit it on weekly basis to office.

2. Ensure production status /WIP - including ongoing productions and deliveries in the current month. Co-ordinate with PPC

3. Ensure the QC file is completed and alert BU if information incomplete or unclear for bulk production.

4. Attend Pre-Production Meetings, follow up all tasks mentioned in the meeting.

5. Identify & Solve problem in fabric. Use of special marker in case required.

6. Perform Pilot Run/In Process/Final shipment audit according to client requirements/ SOP's and Guidelines / QA Manual.

7. Verify laundry’s execution of approved washing recipe during production process for fabric/garment washed non-denim items.

8. Prepare & Ensure all audit/Inspection in comlink within 1 day, maintain the Comlink data accuracy and generate regular reports to guide production to improve bulk quality.

9. Immediately notify QA manager and factory QA management when they detect any issues, defects, or problems in the in-process audits that are out of specification, tolerance, or do not meet first quality criteria.

10. Advise QA manger and factory QA management of any failed audits and recommend actions, that the factory can immediately take, if possible, to correct the problems. Submit the CAP to verify the root causes.

11. Join/Assist to Client QA inspection

12. Check Development/Size set/PP TOP samples

13. Identify the most effective defect recovery process for each item/product

14. Clearly communicate with vendors regarding defective and unacceptable merchandise

15. Establish and maintain report with vendors through positive and consistent communications

16. Conduct the factory audit based on new factory on boarding SOP. Ensure & Maintain 5S in factory.

17. Processes assessment, audit and improvement instead of problem solving

18. Build up the close relationship with delegate customer

Job requirement：
Required competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: 1.Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrications of woven products categories 2.High level of attention to detail and the ability to identify apparel and non-apparel flaws 3.Hands-on approach at restoring merchandise quickly and effectively 4.Strong communications, prioritizing, and organizational skills 5.Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and meet responsibilities without supervision 6.Ability to work successfully with any personality type and be a team player 7. Sense of urgency and ability to maintain performance quality under pressure

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

1.Minimum 3 years’ woven products experience working in a QA/QC, Work in Client;

2.office/Buying Office/ factory Production- environment required;
3.Computer literate in Excel, Word and Email required ;
4.Must be proficient in spoken/Written English;
5.Technical fashion, garment construction or fabrication knowledge required ;
