Position：会计/AP Accountant

Report to：Finance Supervisor/Finance Manager

Role Purpose:

  

根据会计准则和税务法规，审核各种付款单据，沟通付款要求，及时入账，要求核对费用准确，计提费用全面，核对税金正确，及时装订财务凭证。

  

Job Responsibilies:

  

Scope 1 ：

       审核各类付款单

  

• 符合会计准则和税法要求

• 符合公司管理和流程要求

• 填写正确和发票相符

• 耐心与申请人沟通

        

Scope 2：

       及时入账

  

• 符合会计准则和税法要求

• 符合公司管理和流程要求

• 会计入账正确

      

Scope 3：

       核对费用准确

  

• 核对费用在账务中的正确和完整

  

Scope 4:

       计提费用全面

  

• 将费用进行正确和全面的计提和冲销

      

Scope 5:

       核对进项税正确

  

• 与税务系统核对进行税正确和持续跟进

• 跟踪未收到发票和持续完成发票入账

    

Scope6:

       及时装订凭证和归档整理
